Tickets to the Animal Park
Refunds and cancellations
If you wish to amend your tickets to visit on an alternative day then this is easy to arrange; please telephone us on 01995 61075. We require a minimum 48 hours’ notice for amendments to be processed. Amendments requested with less than 48 hours’ notice will not be accepted.
Cancellations and refunds will only be accepted with 7 days’ notice given prior to the arrival date; please email us on info@wildboarpark.co.uk
No refunds or amendments will be processed for requests made on the arrival date, similarly, if you purchase a ticket and a member of your party cannot attend on the date then no refund will be processed.
